30 Newborn Must Haves!
On Dec 22nd 2021, we welcomed our baby girl into this crazy new mid pandemic world! I think my husband is calling them “Covinnials” haha. Either way, the babies born during this time are really going to experience a different world than we have previously experienced. Having a newborn in general already makes you a bit anxious, and now add a pandemic on top of it. Well, hopefully, these newborn must-haves can help you along your new journey as a parent!
Doona vs. Nuna Travel Systems
(we got both, we use the Doona for travel) Both are great! I feel like she can grow with the Nuna travel system somewhat. We won’t need to buy a new stroller for some time, but we will need to buy another car seat for both the Doona and Nuna once she reaches 35lbs and isn’t rear-facing anymore.Breast friend pillow - This is great for the first 3 maybe 4 months, or until your baby can lift their head and start grabbing. They also have a blow-up travel version.
Hatch baby changing table and scale - Use this every night when changing her and keeping track of her weight.
Nestig Crib 3 in 1- This might be one of my favorite gifts! She will have this 3 in 1 bassinet, crib, and toddler bed until she’s 6. It can grow with her and save some money since this 3 in 1 crib starts at $699 and you can also purchase a crib mattress and sheets from them as well.
